Can't argue with you there. What's sad is that airlines are already struggling. Even CEOs for these airline companies make very little in comparison to other industry CEOs. We could enter a dark era of flight similar to Europe full of regulated monopolies, prior to when the discount airlines started competing.

The USPS gets $96 million of federal taxpayer funds annually. But that's just one example. The government is not based on the idea that "if I don't use it I shouldn't have to pay for it."
I actually support this. I would not even consider flying anymore with the government pervs waiting at the gates to feel me up. The people who still insist on flying should be taxed heavily IMO since they are part of the problem. If people protested and quit flying, the TSA would be abolished.
