Define "work." If you mean, "did/will it result in further massive concentrations of wealth at the very tippy-top of the economic ladder," then obviously the answer is "yes."

And maybe you should take a look at the past, to see what Romney has in store for us: more tax cuts for the very rich, higher taxes for everyone else. How exactly will that help to create jobs and reduce poverty?
