Is this what our tax dollars are going to? Encouraging pre-marital sex?
I do not agree with this at all! It's my job as a parent to teach my sons responsible sexual behavior, not the schools! Their job is to teach reading, writing and math. They can't even do that right, why would I think that they can teach responsible and safe sex?
Just having a condom is not going to make people have sex, and having a condom might prevent some teens from getting pregnant.
I have no problem with this.

Pre-marital sex is not a crime, and kids are going to do it. In fact, the highest levels of pre-marital sex and teen pregnancy are in the Bible belt where abstinence only is taught.
If it prevents one more unwanted pregnancy, and keeps a girl and a boy from an early life of hardship, so they can go to school with less tax payer assistance.
Why wouldn't that be a good thing?
Study after study, time after time. The best sex education classes (most effective say)
"You should put off having sex, but if you decide that you are going to, use........"
Abstainence only doesn't work. People will still have sex, just life.
I would never encourage teen sex. But, I also don't believe the availability of contraceptives promotes sexual activity. Hormones are racing, and the fact is, sex feels good. Teens are going to have sex, with or without protection. Why allow a few minutes of pleasure to ruin lives. Better to be safe than sorry.
