We often have arguements and disagreements that seem to almost always never find a solution.

This is a serious question.

Why can't there be an accepted venue for those that are in disagreement, to meet up somewhere, for example a boxing ring or fighting cage and simply work things out there?

Or in our public schools, where kids could meet somewhere after school to settle their differences. It would be supervised of course.

It is basically how things were sort of done in the old west and many places in russia still do this today. Why can't we adopt this in the USA?

Would there be any negative consequences?

Lawsuits. Unless a government body sanctions it then you would have to pay a bunch of fees and the like to even get in the ring.

Are you seriously asking what's wrong with doing violence to others?

Mutually agreed violence. A way to settle disputes that would otherwise be never solved.

Umm,possible brain injuries, trips to the hospital because someone was over zealous. Sorry but fighting is never the answer. Only barbarians use the fists to end argumments.

As long as both parties are in agreement and waive any legal recourse I see no problem with it at all.

It's not illegal, and happens in trailer parks and other GOP areas all the time.
People with higher levels of intelligence are able to settle their differences in a civil manner.

Well I would be in favor of duels with the caveat that only Republicans would be allowed to participate.

That is a great idea actually. There could be a "physical dispute resolution" form that you sign that releases all parties from liability. Then charge a simple, small fee of $12 and the victor is declared WINNER of whatever the dispute was.

Office meetings would never be the same.
