I can see there are reports in other parts of US, but just looking at SEFL, this is highly unusual activity.
Really strange. Occurring in the down time in high tourist area on top of that. Somebody said they didn't release the toxicology report on the smoking/bubbling package hazmat dispatched in south central beach. May not be true or may be delayed. That last link is a summary, but I don't know if it is including all the activity.
Rather than focus on one man. Seems people should look at a series of strange events occurring in a reasonably small area. Several involving hazmat.

I don't know what is happening, but noticing patterns and piecing information together seems important with bizarre stuff like this.
