I just love this guy. He's second only to Newt when it comes to confronting media bias and double standards, taking people to task like Soledad, a supposed objective journalist who constantly defends and slobbers all over obama.

Video - Breaking News Videos from CNN.com

This was just absolutely awesome as the dems, obama and the media try their best to make something out of nothing. All of a sudden, the Left whats to talk about birtherism?

Hilarious!

Sununu was just parroting the talking points. The birther argument alienates us indies and he wants to avoid talking about it, so he just parroted the talking points. He could have answered her question in about 10 seconds. The birther thing was brought back to life by Trump. It wasn't the liberals or the media who brought it back up.

The only double standard in this thread is you with everything you post being biased and one sided.

Real conservatives are articulate, educated and don't get their opinions by parroting what they see in right wing websites.

But absolutly NO ONE cares about the birther issue, and its CNN who keeps asking about it.. Romney has already said Obama is a US Citizen, so why do people keep asking him about it?

Surely you're not claiming you are an Independent?

Obama latched on to Trumps comments and the media is trying to keep it alive for him. It's not an issue...isn't that what the Left has been saying for years?

When did Romney state Obama is a U.S. citizen?

Because Obama & Co. are desperately trying to keep the focus upon anything other than a stagnant economy, high unemployment, and a looming debt crisis from spending and entitlements, and subsequent collapse of the US dollar that Obama is so very responsible for. So O. & the Dems would rather deflect, spin, and manufacture non-issues like the;

'War on Women'
'War on Latinos'
'War on Blacks'
'War on Gays'
'War on Children'
'War on the Environment'
'War on Dogs'
'War on Grandma's & Grandpa's'
'War on puppies and kittens'
'War on Unicorns'
'War on Bigfoot'
'Birther stories'
etc., etc.

I have to admit though, I find it really interesting is that for every attempt by Obama and his foot soldiers in the MSM at smearing Romney with some fact from his life eg putting a dog on the roof of his car, allegedly cutting the hair of some hippie back when he was in high school, there's some equally, if not more outrageous incident from Obama's life. Like eating dog in Indonesia, smoking dope and snorting blow, beating up some girl, etc.

I suspect that most voters really don't care about what Obama or Romney did back when they were young, but it does highlight that the MSM absolutely failed to vet Obama on any serious level. So the more the MSM attempts to smear Romney, they look more and more foolish when something far more troubling and sensational is revealed from Obama's past.

My bet for one of the next Romney smears, besides the critiques of Mormonism, will be to present Romney's Mormon mission in late 1960's France in a really unfavorable light. The Telegraph UK tried this already earlier this year but I'm sure someone will try to make an issue of it again.

What will be interesting is that if the MSM try that with Romney again, Obama will be vetted again, showing an episode even more bizarre than anything Romney did. More specifically, Obama's 'Spring Break' in Pakistan in 1981. He went to Pakistan when it was four years into an Islamic Apartheid dictatorship, when it was flooded with a million+ Afghan refugees fleeing the Soviets, rife with Deobandi Jihadism, readily available heroin, Muttah prostitution, and KGB/CIA/ISI intrigue. It was the last place any normal person would go for Spring Break, yet here we find Obama went with at least three other Muslims(Sohale Siddiqui, the Chandoo Brothers) and nobody, I mean NOBODY knows exactly what he did, whom he met with, or where he went....

I'm sure most Americans really won't care about that either, but it will highlight in glaring contrast what a crappy job the MSM did in properly vetting Obama. The more the vetting of Obama which occurs this time round, the more the MSM will look like partisan hacks.

Yes, the media avoided all mention of Obama's own claims of origin in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, .....but now, that it's 2012, and time for reelection, the media suddenly become the administration's echo-chamber on the subject!

Great post.

She was completely caught off guard and looked confused, as she did not have a scripted response and was forced to think (which she cannot do).

The media IS embarrassing. They are simply Obama operatives and are no longer journalists, but more a propaganda service.
