Why? It's her job as the head of the IMF to deliver financial information correct? If what she is saying is true then so what if her job and organization keep her from having to pay taxes. If it's not breaking any laws then who cares?

For the same reason it's the pastors job to tell you that adultry is wrong but you are going to dismiss the sermon if you know he is committing adultry himself.
