"A federal appeals court on Thursday struck down the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), a federal law that defines marriage as being between a man and a woman.

In the ruling, the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston said the law discriminates against gay couples and is unconstitutional."

Once again thats exactly what I said would/should happen. The gay marriage issue is a legal issue, not a public perception one, so the issue needs fought in the court, not in politics.

So you are saying the appeals court was wrong and they should have thrown the case out? Or are you just babbling this bs to me for the sake of starting another argument?

Why do you feel there should be a fight against DOMA? DOMA shouldn't exist.
