Now if you are saying that he signed either an extension of or an amendment to a previously created Executive Order then all Presidents do so because our country is constantly evolving. Even the original Constitution has been amended.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 666: If it was a republican president more people would know this info, but the liberal media hides what Obama is doing.
This is obvious and to be expected when you have a Congress that has sworn to block and sabotage everything from getting through, big or small. What did you think he was gonna do?

According to the Constitution the Congress passes laws and the President signs the bills into law. Too many times Obama, like most other Presidents, has signed Executive Orders to slide around the Congress and the Constitution at the same time.
As for the Congress not working with him doesn't it appear to you that one house has determined that the best way to keep legislation from passing in it that the leader doesn't want passed is to ignore everything like that. Yes, often he is saving Obama from having to sign things he wouldn't want to sign or veto, but the media tells us it is something that causes him to act like a little boy who has been reprimanded.
Obama has just signed too many Exec Orders that could never have become law and we just sit back and accept it. Somehow someone has to put that crap to a stop. Some of his EOs have been purely unconstitutional but have been allowed to slip by for future use.
This crap surfaces every year or two, and is always attributed to the current President. A few years ago, I researched all of them and they're all cold war era relics, to be used in the event of a nuclear attack.
I don't know about the total number of executive orders Obama has signed, but the ones mentioned in the OP are all orders that Obama had nothing to do with, and are only pulled out to try and scare everyone.
Make no mistake - I'm not an Obama fan - but there's PLENTY of stuff to go after him about that's completely legitimate. There's no need to resort to flat-out lies.

Get a clue, Roy. Each branch of government has a role in promulgating law, and this has been part of out republic since day one.
The Congress creates statutory law.
The courts create common law.
The Executive branch creates regulatory law.
This is how the system was designed to work.
George Washington became our first president on April 30, 1789. He signed the first executive order on June 8.
And if you take into consideration what I'd call semi-independent government agencies, aka the unoffical "fourth branch", they perform all three aforementioned actions within their respective jurisdiction.
That's how it was designed to work, and continues to work.
And back to the topic, Obama signing or extending various Executive Orders hardly qualifies as news.
