Nobody is claiming that you have to like it. If a member of Al Qaada or a child molester moved in next door there would basically be nothing you can do about it.

So would you be against P.P. adopting a section of road?

No, we use the FBI, DEA, ATF, IRS, RICO, forfeiture laws, etc., to take down the entire organization. At least that's how it should be done. It is done that way often.

I really don't care. Nothing they've done affects my life.

Deflection as usual! I didn’t ask if you would report it. I asked if you would be ok with it.

You can easily replace the word “WORLD” with “US”. You other statement clearly shows you don’t have an understanding of how law enforcement is applied to organizations. And I can’t debate with you that aspect until you do some reading…

Wow, you can’t be serious! Cities, etc. have created laws to keep undesirable child molesters out of their neighborhoods. The federal government has created laws to arrest and prosecute Al Qaada members and supporters based on affiliation. Where’s your battle cry for their constitutional rights?
