That is what America used to be about. I get the impression it isn't anymore. It's now about sticking to them and trying to take the awards away because being rich is a bad bad thing.
You want to worship the wealthy that take advantage of you and America, you go ahead. I am sure they would give you the privilege of scrubbing their toilets for them.
I don't worship the wealthy and they are not taking advantage of me. I'm doing quite well and don't care how much money CEOs make. I focus on meeting my needs, not what rich people make.
Why should someone get paid a doctors salary at the bottom rung of the ladder?
One can ask the opposite question, why should a managing director at a Wall St. firm, who only has an MBA, earn ten times what a brain surgeon earns -- especially when Wall St. blew up the world economy?
