And in rush's case, get paid millions to do it...

Like a fox. Rush is the biggest bull**** artist in human history, and certainly the best paid.

I see no problem if local taxing districts want to hire and tax to pay for more teachers;Police and fireman. They just can't expect state or federal taxpayers to fund the excesses they want but don't want to pay the taxes for.

The famous "hire teachers, police, firefighters" is getting old. I'm tired of these three groups acting like they are special and should never lose their jobs during a economic downturn. The public work force has about 4.5 percent unemployment vs 10 percent for the private sector. We need massive layoffs of local, state and federal employees to reduce our debt.

I guess Rush forgets(could be all the drugs) most people move into neighborhoods that have safe streets and good PUBLIC schools, this in turn raises property values for all the houses in that city/neighborhood.

I think many of his listeners are as drug addled as he is.

Rush is a lot like Hitler(but no where near as smart) he picks a group for all his followers to blame for their crappy lot in life, doesn't matter he wants to blame the wrong people(just like Hitler did).
