Yes, it was a mock article. But fyi, yes the fundraisers happen and Obama holds MANY of these hollywood elite fundraisers. You're missing the point. These fundraisers deserved to be mocked. That article just sums up how the average person views them.

Im not against fundraisers, but there is a big problem when you are breaking records with the amount of fundraisers you are having. And it doesnt help that you hold them with some of the biggest hypocrites in our society. Hollywood is full of liberal hypocrisy. All you have to do is see how they live their lives verses the agenda they try to push and influence on others.
If these people really cared and believed their own nonsense, they wouldnt be living large, theyd give most of their wealth back to the government and to the poor. They wouldnt live in huge mansions, drive a dozen cars, etc, etc, especially when they go on about pollution and the environment. They wouldnt be all flashy with their "look at me, look at me, look at me" mentality. They stand up against movie theaters/concerts charging customers what they do for tickets/concessions/parking.
They dont care about you, they dont care about the poor as they say they do. They dont care about the environment as they say they do. They care about them.
