With black unemployment close to 50% in some cities among blacks 18-30, you now have 800,000 more people to compete with for jobs.

The black community will never blame themselves or the democratic party for facilitating this continued death spiral. It is a situation of a mutual scapegoat and rationalization for failure. That, of course, is a refuge for those who have no self initiative and pride in themselves.
