Biggest government size for size in the World = Happiest citizens in the World.

Go research tax rates of Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Germany and learn something.

Raising tax revenue is part of the answer, yes. Tax rates along with closing public and Corporate loopholes. Lowering the Corp rate is fine, if we require that Corps actually pay their taxes. Is it the only answer, no.
