It appears that the supreme court renamed penalty as a tax. This allows Obama and Democrats to say they didn't raise taxes and republicans to say they caused the tax increase.

Each side gets to keep their campaign points.

Good luck finding a doctor. My wife and whole family are doctors. Anyone using Obama welfare will turn blue waiting to see one of us! Too bad, so sad.

Guess he raised taxes after all. It was upheld as a "tax". Roberts wrote it that it would be unconstitutional under the Commerce clause.

Glad they upheld the individual mandate. I think it's bogus that one could basically refuse to contribute anything for their own health care.
