Hilarious and delusional.

Personally, I would have been embarrassed to have posted this article not to mention written it.

Bader-Ginsburg is COMPLETELY biased. Don't recall seeing anyone calling for her resignation. Nope, not anywhere.

Biased: Liberal-speak for anyone that doesn't agree with their radical agenda.

You mad bro? Why so mad?

Just because you don't agree with it doesn't mean he should have to resign. Anyways, I highly doubt that any Obama appointment would be less partisan.

I think the poster meant someone far more "agreeable" rather than "capable"

He is supposed to be biased toward the Constitution, which when you look at politics may mean that he tends to not rule in favor of the "progressive movement."

Obama must resign. He is so partisan that he ignores the rule of law, the constitution and the other branches of government.

Say, its rather fun to be crazy!

Anyway, while I have certainly disagreed with his reasoning in many cases (even in cases I agreed with the result) I see no reason for him to resign if he is not inclined to, and there is surely no basis for removing him. While I think he should not make political statements (like cited in the linked article) that is simply because I was brought up to believe that Justices must be above politics. However, it is clear that things are changing and that, in future, we will have more politically motivated justices. Recall, one does not even have to be a lawyer to be appointed to the Court.

Heck, even a Koch brother may be appointed in future. (crazy is fun!)
You "Lefties" applaud and stand up for a president that shreds that same Constitution. You know, the one that calls for a separation of branches. Upholding the laws of the land. You know, those pesky things that lefties think is OK if you're on the left.

I believe your complete partisanship is showing. And your desperation at knowing Obama's one and done.
