Well... ignoring that it's more than doubtful that a 90 year old woman remembers exactly what the 1961 codes were after a half century, especially since the CDC changes them regularly, ... I wouldn't hold my breath waiting to hear that alleged recording. Arpaio could have said "yes we'll release it" when he was asked, but he didn't. He said, "We'll think about it."
