Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for
vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese,
Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian
(combined), and "other nonwhite."
The investigators also found the local registrar who's name was signed below the doctors name on the bottom of his birth certificate in 1961. She is still alive and said that the boxes coded with the pencilled in numeric #9 should have been left blank due to no information being given at the time of when the birth registration was being filled out. Instead they were filled in with the term 'African' as the fathers race.....
definitely nothing new here... This is all old stuff and thoroughly expected from Arpaio.
