There can be white thugs in any city,even in a city thats mostly black.I've noticed almost everytime I've watched clips on Youtube where theres black thugs,or black dudes trying to be thugs,theres almost always a white dude in thier crew too. |

Hmm, Boston might be a good candidate. Southies are crazy. But I think you'll find most of the hard-ass white dudes are out in the sticks, minding their pot crops and meth labs.

One thing that needs to be considered is that us 'White' people have such small families today------even the 'Scotts-Irish' who were well known for their rowdies just 50 years ago.
In other words; the 'hard White dude' is fast becoming an endangered species-----his role has been eclipsed by Latino groups like MS 13, etc.

yeah they take your lunch money (to the tune of %30 of your paycheck), and
they are soooo gangsta people are too stupid to realize there are any crimes going on at all. Now that's gangsta. Nothing is more gangsta than a wrinkly
silver haired white dude 3 generations deep in Ivy League priveledge sitting
up on the top of the hill pullin your strings.
