Well if it's that easy to get off using SYG, things look good for Zimmerman then.
Not if jurors believe that Trayvon Martin acted in self-defense. If the prosection felt that they did not have a case, I am sure that they wouldn't have bothered. I don't think that Angela Corey did this for political reasons. She is the same woman who prosecuted an abused woman who ended up getting twenty years for shooting a gun (that did not hit anyone) because the prosecutor proved to the jury that the woman acted in anger, not fear. Following someone in the dark is not something a fearful person does. If Travyon Martin acted in fear, he was the one standing his ground. Again, it wasn't fear that drove an armed George Zimmerman to leave his vehicle and follow Trayvon Martin on a dark rainy night.

The argument will become that it was fear that drove him to shoot.
The DeeDee interview is a strange one, and one that requires multiple replays to understand some of it. I'm experienced with trying to get a teen that age to give a concise account of events
There's a lot more work to be done in that area.
Does the bolded part mean she'll need lots of help and practice to keep her story straight ?
I think her interview with the prosecutor is bad for both of them.

lol, that was my first thought. She doesn't strike me as smart enough to keep her stories straight. Another one that I really, really hope they'll put on the stand.
Looks to me they probably aren't going to get any 2nd degree murder conviction.
Against some hack claims from liberals, FBI found no evidence of racial motives. Sorry live, I know this ruins your day, you sad race baiters

That does not make any sense, why would you follow someone in the first place if you are "fearful of your life"? Basically he shot Trayvon because he got his azz whooped, plain and simple! As far as I'm concerned he should'nt be following people around for no reason and should have listened to the dispatcher in the first place and leave police work to real policemen

Exactly. Doesn't matter if GZ is technically found not guilty. The simple fact is, he initiated a circumstance, a confrontation and the death of a teenager that was within his power to avoid. He's as guillty as sin.
