Apparently they can "now" determine which climate is a "result" of natural variation or "global warming"... I think it is funny that global warming happens every summer and then takes a break during fall and "sometimes" happens in the winter if it isn't cold enough and then maybe sticks around spring.... or sometimes global warming takes a break every couple of years when there isn't anything happening and then come back whenever it is warm again... I find it ironic that the US has a hot summer while the rest of the world is about the same and we call it a "global" warming... apparently CO2 gets trapped in the US during the summer season quite frequently...
ROFLMFAO...your post shows you have NO CLUE as to what the Theory of Global Warming really means...I find your convoluted logic very amusing and sad for you!
Your post reminds me of idiots saying there is no Global Warming because it still snows in the winter or that the Artic still freezes in the winter.
PULEASE read and understand the science before making foolish posts and comments!

LOL ... and you make these statements like you understand science ... what a joke. What your statement shows is how naive you are to world political corruption and how easy you can be lead.
People who think AGW is real are the same type people who are suckered into all the scams ... the con artist look specifically for your type and without you they would be looking for real jobs.

You really should research it for yourself before commenting on the subject of global warming? La Nina also pushed the polar jet stream north, which is why it's so damn hot in Wisconsin.
The Effects of La Niña Changes in global atmospheric circulation patterns accompany La Niña and are responsible for weather extremes in various parts of the world that are typically opposite to those associated with El Niño. These patterns result from colder than normal ocean temperatures inhibiting the formation of rain-producing clouds over the eastern equatorial Pacific region while at the same time enhancing rainfall over the western equatorial Pacific region (Indonesia, Malaysia and northern Australia.)
U.S. La Niña Impacts
The first three months of the year during a La Niña typically feature below normal precipitation in the Southwest, the central and southern sections of the Rockies and Great Plains, and Florida. Meanwhile, the odds of surplus precipitation increase across the Pacific Northwest, in the northern Intermountain West, and over scattered sections of the north-central states, Ohio Valley, and upper Southeast. La Niña features unusually cold weather in the Northwest and (to a lesser extent) northern California, the northern Intermountain West, and the north-central states. Farther south, higher than normal temperatures are slightly favored in a broad area covering the southern Rockies and Great Plains, the Ohio Valley, the Southeast, and the mid-Atlantic states.
You do you realize that man has been keeping data on these cycles since the 1950s? The Southern Oscillation was discovered in the early 1900s. You post like this is new information or maybe you are under the impression that these cycles occur in a vacuum without the influence of any other factors. I'm really not sure what your point is with this?
You do realize we are adding another variable to the climate equation that wasn't there before we figured out we can gain tremendous energy from burning fossil fuels.
Your remind me of the idiots who say there IS global warming because it is hot in the summer and ice recedes in the summer.
You remind me of this chief dude that has only been around for a little over a year. This dude talks a lot as he has garnered taken the time to crank out ~10,000 post annually. But the poor ignorant dude's word carry very little weight as he has only has reputation of 2090.
I tend to believe man caused global warming is a crock but let's assume for a moment it is not.
If it isn't, if man is causing temperature change, what is it we can do about it?
Force China to stop using as much energy as they are? Good luck with that.
Have the US cut it's energy consumption by half? Won't make any impact on the climate but it will destroy our economic system.
I'm not sure why you would even suggest that the US would voluntarily cut its energy in half, that is impossible on so many different levels and no one rational has ever seriously proposed that.
Now back to reality. China is already taking steps to curb its emissions, not because of climate change, but because of pollution. That climate change crock has the added benefit of curtailing pollution. China is subsidizing the hell out of the "green sector".
However, that still really isn't enough. Human growth and energy demand are both tied together and grow exponentially. There are no easy solutions as it would require an unprecedented amount of cooperation between the countries in the world. The easiest and cheapest thing would be conservation, which I wish this current administration would focus more on.
Honestly, if it is real I don't have much hope that man can come together to do anything proactive. People don't even care about the science, they just want to prove the liberals wrong and it certainly works both ways with liberals screaming the sky is falling. I believe we'd be put in a situation where would be spend trillions and trillions on adapting.

China burns about 5 billion tons of coal per year, in comparison we burn 1 billion tons. Within the last decade alone they increased their consumption from 4 to 5 billion tons. While curbing pollution may be one reason they have a very long road ahead of them to do what was done here in the US. They'll probably run out of coal first. Having said that I would suggest the major reason for the push for alternative energy in China and many other countries is due to the fact they face a very harsh reality of limited or no resources of their own. China controls something like 15% of the worlds coal supply but at the rate they are going now they will exhaust those supplies within 2 or 3 decades.
When the world wide energy crunch comes there is only a few nations that will be able to remain energy independent with fossil fuels, the US, Russia and Canada top the list.
