That's the problem with handouts! It should be stopped. Charities and churches will pick up the slack for the TRULY needy...but not for the lazy!

We give the poor everything they need to exist including spending money and then wonder why they don't get themselves jobs and pay their way in life.

We say it's temporary and see that 10 years later these people are still living that same way with no change whatsoever.

Then we choose to ignore it and raise taxes because the costs are going up to take care of these helpless people.

Well more than half of America is now "helpless" since they depend on one form or another of government financial assistance. And what are we doing ? Why deciding the rich are just too rich and we need to tax them more so we can fund our growing welfare system.
