Yeah, Oregon has very open laws regarding free speech--it's the same reason we have so many strip clubs.
If it wasn't at the airport and therefore involving TSA, he wouldn't have been arrested--but part of it was that the TSA asserted that he was somehow being disruptive with the screening process. All the same I've never seen any signs that says you have to have clothes on to go through the TSA screening...
