Why are Democrats trying to pass a small-business tax break? (party, economic)

I was just wondering why liberals are trying to pass a small-business tax cut when, according to those same liberals, tax cuts don't creat jobs or stimulate economic growth. Well which one is it liberals, you can't have it both ways?

Read the bill and report back to us. In most all cases the name they give bills don't reflect what the bill does.

More than likely it gives money to government connected entities that in turn funnel donations back to the Democrat party.

I haven't seen the bill, but this has been the practice of the Democrat party for over 30 years.
