When Bo is all through in 2013, and after the dust settles, there is going to be some serious "vetting" of the former president. I would not be surprised to see him flee the US for an enemy nation that would prevent extradition.

When Wisch says that Obama’s birth certificate is “valid”, what birth certificate is he talking about, and how does he know whether it is or isn’t, if he hasn’t been allowed to see the record? Which law allows Wisch to say what is on Obama’s birth record? When Zullo spoke to Jill Nagamine (deputy AG) she said that they can’t say anything unless there is an official procedure for a qualified person to get a “verification”. It's nothing but subterfuge coming from the state of Hawaii's officials.

The versions provided. since both the COLB and the LFCOLB has pretty much the same information, he is affirming the validity of both. He can refer to both as one, since they both contain the same information, that is information that relates to where Obama was born. Both the LFCOLB and the COLB say that he was born in Hawaii.

seeing as the HDOH has stated numerous times that Obama was born in Hawaii based on the records, they have the authority to do so. Their word weighs more than the nutjobs known as birthers.

Yes, the very same law that tells them how to do it. instead they wanted to throw their weight around with their accompanying detective and try to bypass it. They could have simply requested a copy of the Birth Index (which is available to the public) for births in 1961. They did not do so.
