No this hasn't been settled. The electronic image file Obama put on the White House website for all Americans to go look at has been found to be manipulated by human intervention. This evidence in the link I provided affirms tampering has occured.
A new computer systems analyst/web designer expert by the name of Garrett Palpit recruited by the Maricopa County Sheriff Departments CCP....
first question: is mr palpit qualified to give expert testimony in court? if not then why are the CCP seeking out non-expert testimony that they'd never be able to submit in court?

If there was any truth to this, the masses have been trained to ignore evidence in lieu of popular conviction. Better to be wrong and mainstream than to be right and on the fringe. Do I think it's a fake... Well, let's just say, if it was, I would not be surprised. Either way, I would love nothing more than to see Obummer loaded onto a shipping container and sent to Kenya. Whether he was born here or not, it would be best for the good of our nation. While we're at it, plop Nancy Pelosi in there too.

The Dr Conspiracy guy has no credibility in any manner. The Maricopa County Sheriff Departments CCP investigators and computer experts were extremely vetted in their field of expertise to engage in this national security endeavor.
neither hillary or her campaign said anything in support of birtherism. there were some hillary supporters ( PUMAs, phil berg ) who were early proponents of birtherism but they were not the first/original.

Snopes?......give me a break. They are a husband/wife team and are democrat supporters who have had to change their alleged facts on Obama many times when new evidence comes out that debunks their original postings.
