Gays make up more than 1% of the population, in fact gays are a larger population than Jews and Muslims, and the LGBT community combined makes up the same or more than the American black population.

Homosexuality is not a choice. And no one cares what you support, as your opinion has no bearing on this change. You are on the wrong side of history and will be mocked by future generations. God does not condone hate, which is what you're displaying towards gay people.

You struck a point here. How will future conservatives answer why their ancestors staunchly opposed gay rights?

Maybe they'll do what they do now for civil rights and slavery; claim that conservatives were the ones to support gay rights.

"Obviously they supported gay marriage, you liberal twit. Dick Cheney was a conservative and supported gay marriage. Mitt Romney was a liberal who raised taxes as governor, and he opposed gay marriage!"

Christianity is much more than the Bible. Everything has to be spelled out for you guys???
Actually, without the bible you can't follow Jesus, as you would have no record of him. The whole point of Christianity is to follow the teaching of Jesus CHRIST, hence the term Christian. Destroy the bible, the only account on the teaching of Jesus, and Christianity would be dead.
The bible is the foundation of Christianity. Never met a christian that didn't have the bible or believe it to be somewhat the word of god.

Christianity as opposed to other major religions defends the meek, the powerless. It talks about sharing and compassion. It talks about justice. That;s the secret behind success story of Christianity and its spread around the world.
The Crusades, Holy wars, and Inquisition have nothing to do with the massive spread of Christianity.... "Convert or Die" would have been their motto.

I know this is all lost on you guys since you believe that we developed all of these concepts in the past 20 years but there were existing in European thought for centuries,
introduced by Christianity.
Just because something is a "tradition" or old concept does not make it relevant for modern times. Ever generation understands the world around them better then the generation before as our understand grow we teach it to next generations, then they teach what they have come to understand, and so on, and so on.

I suggest you read the book titled black like me. Michael Jackson also changed his skin color. So, technically it is possible to change your skin color.
Technically you can become straight. All you have to do is to have a sex change operation be recognized as female by a court and then marry your boyfriend. Technically your are not gay anymore

Raisin. If it weren't for the crusades we could all be speaking Arabic now and gays would get decapitated in the middle of Manhattan. Daily.
Be grateful Christianity prevailed.

Only if society deems changing the tradiction beneficial.
I don't see a benefit of changing tradition of marriage.

Or maybe it will be the same as in case of communism where liberals and "progressives" pretend Soviet Union or Cambodia were experiments created by the uninformed, uneducated and naturally conservative

Wait. Doesn't this substantiate my prediction? You know we're talking about posterity's conservatives, right?

So you are saying that people should have to get gender reassignment surgery in order to be equal? Does that mean you think blacks should change their skin tone to white through plastic surgery in order to be equal?

How about women, you often claim women are slower, weaker, and dumber then men. If a women gets a sex change, would that make her faster, stronger, and smarter?

Your post comes from a place of hate, whether you like to admit it or not.

No, you display hate... Christian majority let you be gay without being sent to prison. Christian majority let you do whatever you please and live with your partners. You however has never enough and decided to encroach upon one of the things most cherished but the Christian - marriage. If there is anybody hating here it is probably you.

Ha ha. But women are weaker and slower than men. Compare Olympic records for both genders... BTW even a sex change operation doesn't let you compete in your new gender. Take it up with the Olympic Committee LOL
The rest is typical ignorance which I will ignore. That's my right.
