The sad thing is, Chicago's murder rate isn't even especially high by the standards of American cities. There are many cities with much higher rates than the ones Chicago is experiencing, as bad as those are.
Rahm kicked God out of the city. No wonder he can't control the killings. Satan pouring in like a flood and having a great time getting them to kill one another.
I'm sure its delicious, but God is not a giant fried chicken wing, as much as some gluttonous American stereotypes might disagree.

Chicago murder rate is lower than St. Louis, Atlanta, Cleveland, Miami, Kansas City, DC, etc....
