Exactly! Then will have to move on to biological and chemical weapons.

I would ban religion, though not free speech. The former is plain stupid, the latter makes sense.

Getting a little off topic, the point is that it is restricted and there was no outcry relative to the 2nd amendment. Like I said it's all where you draw the line.
A 50 pound weapon empty isn't really a given Right under the 2nd... it is pushing that Right being so heavy that it was considered to be a weapon run by a small crew... No less than 2 men. Therefore not a Fire arm..

Many of these were dragged home from war and became privately owned and they were all registed in and upto a closing date in 1986. Any after that, no matter how anyone came by one was illegal.

There was nothing you could do or pay or nuthin to make it legal, and I know the where abouts of one today in the bottom of a lake never to be seen by mans eyes again.

Yes we are allowed to have tanks and etc but it has nothing to do with the 2nd.... The A bomb no, no private anybody can own one legally anywhere on earth.... However there are some countries that are terror based where the Govt doesn't give a hoot who has nuclear materials.

Sorry, any Govt's should be banned from owning any weapons what so ever, and weapons should only be allowed to private citizens...

The Govt should fear it's own people.

Again, you don't have to kill in order to defend yourself.
Cops! You are some funny.... I use to team shoot against cops with flintlocks against what ever the cops had in teams....... A point in time came where we switched guns, but 'we' had to still load the flintlocks for the cops.

We never ever lost to cops once, not one time, not ever!

Cops do not shoot as a hobby, and their training basicly sucks. Once the NRA trained cops to shoot and they did better then....

Cops made it possible for me to own a Remington rand aka Colt Govt model when the Govt dunmped the .45.... I out shot both of those cops too weekly and bi-weekly if they showed up...

Don't have to kill to defend ..... That is partly correct, you don't but if you don't the law will wonder why and the criminal will attemot to sue and he may win...

You would let a criminal win a law suit wouldn't you? Wouldn't you feel bad he got shot in the act of harming someone else? many lefties do. and that's how we got in the this mess in the first place

Where is your evidence to prove that this is true? Define "average citizen".

Nothing prevents those "average citizens" from getting trained to use a firearm - and anyone who is not trained should not be handling one in the first place.

Your statement is simplistic nonsense.
