That would be nice to see. I also don't understand why a cop 1. Is in a mall while on duty 2. Why he is walking into stores looking for some person that has a warrant. Whenever I have had a warrant they came to my home to arrest me.

I've never had a warrant for my arrest issued. This comment makes it seem like the OP has had several. This kind of thing provides some insight into the people who love to start the "I hate the police" threads.....

A warrant is for arrest ANYWHERE.. The fact that you only had them at your home, doesnt mean they cant get you at a mall.
Why wouldnt they be in the mall? Police work non stop with mall owners and have to have a working relationship due to shop lifters etc..
So was the police officer just supposed to allow the girl to physically interfere with his attempt to arrest the mom? I seriously doubt her age was brought up before the tasering.
I am sure the store has video of the incident. Would love to see it before commenting on which side is right.
Meh, i don't know if there exists a good reason to taze a 12 year old. I mean geez...a 12 year old female....you can't physically handle her?
Yea, i get it...i wasn't there. Don't know how big the kid is. But she's still a preteen. Seems like cops are getting a little generous with the tazing these days.
