If you would get out of your kindergarten mentality you would stop asking stupid questions like this. there are no blue or red states.
Funny. Wasn't it Nixon who had his "southern strategy?" Wasn't it Bush that said you're either with us or your with the terrorists? Wasn't it Palin that said the "real America?" Yah. Conservatives just all want to get along. I've heard Fox might make that their new slogan too.
Yah...Illinois, Michigan and New York don't have many blacks there.
Actually, as a percentage of population, Southern states do have roughly twice the African-American population. In each of those states you listed, the African American population is roughly 13-14%, while in Southern states, the population is often as high as 26-38%. And I say this as someone who has consulted for public housing and worked with any number of inner city programs.
About as much fact you have to back up half the garbage that spews from your mouth,90% of it is as dumb as your name is....
Is that your "rebel yell?" Hey, I provided reliable information. You want to spew stuff that you provide no verifiable information on then stay in your bubble.
The fact is that most people in the red states are less educated and and can't even figure out they're "takers" themselves.
If you use a college degree as evidence of being "educated"
Of course, only an UNeducated person would assume that college educated automatically means smart. Oh, by the way, I do have a college degree.... from TAMU, but I don't play stereotypes or assumptions

That may be true but that is not the main reason for this discrepancy.
Delaware, Arkansas and Georgia all have large black populations and all give more back than they take (Delaware gives back the most).
North Dakota, Oregon and West Virginia all have very low black populations and all take much more than they give back.
So you admit the blue states support the red states? Well, that's a start.
The "proof" of such an argument is likely meaningless. One of the biggest components of the Federal budget is defense, and military installations, by their nature, require large amounts of land, whiich implies a preference toward rural, usually-red states. Until the means by which the supposed "exploitation" of blue America by red (or vice versa)are explained in greater detail, I'll take both sides of the argument with a grain of salt.
Figures don't lie, but liars with a cause usually know how to skew the figures.

True. Logic and facts means nothing to the type of person that posts this kind of thread. They will not understand what you are saying. It is a defect in their character, because somehow they have a need to feel like they are better than others. This is why they try to put other people down.
