If gays and lesbians cant be "soon to be wed" then they won't be having bachelorette parties.
So there will be no bachelorette parties.
Seems pretty clear to me that there won't be any heterosexual bachelorette parties. Something about the peni$ balloons on their heads being annoying; agreed, but still "discriminatory", by CD standards.

If homosexuals can not get married, then they won't be having bachelorette parties. Since homosexuals won't be having bachelorette parties, the club owner won't allow heterosexuals to have them either. If no one is having bachelorette parties then there is no discrimination.
This bakery owner still makes wedding cakes for heterosexuals, but not homosexuals. There is discrimination by allowing a service for one group, but not for another.
How some people can't seem to grasp this is beyond me.
Its a private business he can do whatever the hell he wants.
Not so. There are many rules and regulations that govern how a business may operate.
But having said that, yes, the owner may have a right to not create a cake for the gay couple, but the gay couple has a right to boycott the shop and make a big deal out of it. That's called freedom.

Well said. But of course, it doesn't come as any surprise that the same group of nutcases that don't want gays to have the freedom to get married, wouldn't want them to have the freedom to boycott either.

Oh no I don't think that's correct at all, this nutcase feels the Homosexuals should boycott anything they wish and please get all the news coverage you can. I's all good to this nutcase

As a business owner, I have the right to work for who ever I wish to.
If I refuse to work for you, you are going to sue me?
Am I your slave, or do you have a choice to do business with me, or not and take it elsewhere?
