And there is a significant historical background to this issue which has been argued since the 1960's and 1970's .... in fact, current Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, (that filthy, depraved, anti-American troll hobgoblin who deserves tar and feathering) when she was an attorney for the ACLU wrote a piece called "Sex Bias in the US Code" for the US Commission on Civil Rights:
“Eliminate the phrase “carnal knowledge of any female, not his wife, who has not attained the age of 16 years” and substitute a federal, sex-neutral definition of the offense. … A person is guilty of an offense if he engages in a sexual act with another person. … [and] the other person is, in fact, less than 12 years old.”
According to Ginsberg, 12 year olds should be fair game for the perverts ... and she made it a point to urge the use of the "sex neutral" term of "person", so as not to leave out all the little boys .... how nice of her. The effort to eliminate age of consent laws (which effectively ends prohibition on pedophilia by legalizing it in this manner) has been ongoing for the better part of 50 years ... with all of it's support coming from the gay-lesbian community, and liberal psychopaths like that demon troll Ginsberg. And the historical ties between the homosexual community and groups like NAMBLA who have openly advocated pedophilia for decasdes is just as well documented as it is strenuously and fraudulently denied.
Nope ... the real breakdown of reason comes from the idea that people are stupid enough to buy the bill of goods you're peddling here, given the documented, overt agenda that cannot be openly promoted on one hand, and then categorically denied on the other. There is a clear and definitive effort being made to reclassify pedophilia as a sexual orientation, and to decriminalize it by elimination of age of consent laws which has been ongoing for decades. That is an absolute, documented and undeniable fact, and remains a long standing element of the homosexual platform.
Now, if one argues for sexual orientation to be given protective status, while also arguing that pedophilia is a sexual orientation, then the two are DIRECTLY linked. And the argument would be that one cannot discriminate against one orientation while protecting another ... and therefore all orientations must then be afforded "equal" protection.
Furthermore, one of the common arguments used by homosexuals when anyone suggests a link between homosexuality and pedophilia is to make this very argument ... that pedophiles have a distinct attraction to children, and are not interested in adult relationships. So the argument goes, homosexuals are attracted to other adults and not children, which is the blatant fraud promoting the asinine double talk that tries to deny the obvious ... that a male adult molesting a male child is not a homosexual act. It's a very common argument that has been very popularly used by homosexuals across many threads on this board, including all of the links to various mainstream studies which are indeed used to promote pedophilia as a separate sexual orientation..
Yeah ... I got it ... and a lot of other people are beginning to get it too. And the homosexual community has it's own self to blame for the backlash being experienced now in response to the ongoing threat you pose to the children of our society by supporting this depraved agenda.
Your deceptions are no longer working due to the hubris that has resulted in the wide open advocacy of these efforts to label pedophilia as another sexual orientation, just like homosexuality and heterosexuality, with the insinuation that it is "normal".

Why waste their money on suing when it will be months if not longer in the legal system and soon forgotten ? They would probably get more mileage for less cost by going viral on social networks.

Actually it is illegal in most cases. But since homosexuals are not a federally protected class then it would fall under a states law. But the right to refuse service is actually fairly limited.

B4U-Act promotes the position that attraction to children and adolescents is a sexual and emotional orientation. Why would laws prohibiting discrimination against 'minor-attracted' orientation be different than, or not considered covered under current laws for 'sexual orientation.'
Though a pedophilic act may remain a crime, I don't think most people want to be prevented from discriminating against the 'minor-attracted' oriented in housing, employment, or other areas covered by anti-discrimination laws. The push for 'Equality' for the pedophilia-oriented isn't around the corner, but it's down the road.
Ya ever seen one of those signs "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" pretty simple.
They are the same as mechanics putting signs on their property claiming when you put your car in their car they are not responsible for anything that happens. They are nice and cute, but legally are not really binding nor enforceable in most cases. You can only refuse service in cases of hygeine,disruption,patrons wanting service after hours,plus a few other minor reasons. However if you are a federally protected class you cannot ever be discriminated against for service. In this case homosexuals not being protected would default to state law however.
