No kidding. The Chief Executive of a state that comprises 1% of the nation's population is out of control. Thank God that kind of power is limited to the individual states. I'd hate to think of the outrage if the President of the US ever tried that.

OK, I see it now.

Nope, you're wrong. That's the Oklahoma indoor smoking act she's quoting which said nothing about outdoor smoking or state property other than vehicles. She's quoting that statute as justification for expanding it beyond what the legislature intended. She also cites other "justification" below that.

In other words, she taken upon herself the "right" to know better than The Peoples elected representatives.
