yea he used a bomb so? maybe some killers don't have the capibilities to build a bomb, a gun you just load it and fire, anyone can do it

The bomb and truck rental, for the OK city bombing, cost less than a store bought 38 special.

Of course they are part of the military; however, that does not prevent a person from making fun of them. They are like the auxillary police or the volunteer fire department.
