Homosexuality should be suppressed and not encouraged.
It's destructive to society.
Then how do you get every homosexual to keep it a closely guarded secret as to who he or she is? If a 40 year old single male homosexual is asked, "Is the reason why you're not married is because you're a homosexual", do you fully expect him to lie and say "Hell, no!"?
You unrepentant brazen homosexuals are bringing the wrath of God on the United States. Thanks for contributing to the destruction of a once blessed nation.
But what about all the heterosexuals who indulge in sodomy? Does God give them a free pass, because they're not homosexuals?

Sexual fettishes do NOT equal special rights.
And when we as a society base rights on dysfunctional behavior, we WILL suffer the consequences.
Well, don't straights have the right to their sexual fetishes without getting discriminated for it? Or do you advocate special discrimination against straights who practice sex that you don't like?

plwhit is right, it's about role-modeling and what impressionable children are taught is acceptable and normal. We are at a precipice of change. As time passes, you will see that many children of gay couples will be either bi or gay, not all, but more inclined. There are many studies about how children learn. For example, children that are abused are more inclined to grow up to be abusers.
The change in society toward gays, will result in more gays. The studies will come.
He is also right, that this is about reducing population. As it is, we are not reproducing enough to sustain current numbers. Young people will be sol when it comes to future generations paying for their retirement and healthcare, enter death panels and rationed care.
Gays are just being used by those with a larger agenda. When the ends are met, you will also be terminated. They don't want people like you contaminating the ideal New World Order. What you think is freedom is actually you being manipulated.

By the way, I almost never agree with plwhit, we argue incessantly, to the point where I put him on ignore long ago. I wouldn't be surprised if he changed his mind, now that I have come to his defense. He does have every right to speak his opinion without being called an idiot, whether you like what he says or not.
There are only a few orphans praying for a home and millions of potential couples trying desperately to adopt them, but those damn homosexuals are swooping them up, giving them stability and a chance at a real life.
Seriously, this statistic makes me support same-sex laws even more. That means 40% more children are no longer orphans! WOW! That is a huge percentage! Good for them!
And to the OP, if you don't change your view by the end of your life, maybe you should be born as an orphan and see if you'd rather live in a orphanage or in the care of a loving home of two mommies or two daddies.
