I am by no means a metrosexual. My shoes all have holes, and I view aggression and/or physical violence as an appropriate solution to certain dilemmas, however I view Richard Simmons as a mature adult who has found a way of behaving he seems to find fulfilling, and I am not entirely convinced that he is a homosexual.
Now, J.R.R. Tolkien worried about whether anyone would like his writing. He got his work published, but if he would not have, I would have thought of him as childish.
If people are comfortable with who they are and seek what they desire, that is probably a good thing. If people desire to change to fit to others' views out of an urge to please or an urge to fit in, that is probably a good thing. If people avoid doing what they desire to do, and it wouldn't really affect others...that's kinda dumb.

For those who see a woman in a skirt and automagically think about vaginas and sex, they're the ones who are "vagina"-whipped. A decent man can separate his desire to sleep with any vagina he sees and take care of himself. Metrosexuals also tend to acquire a higher class of vagina than skirt-chasers.
