Umm.. Sun Devil Stadium. Tempe, AZ. Current home of the ASU Sun Devils and former home of the Arizona Cardinals.

NO ONE has sued for a burned butt and I'm here to report it gets a hell of a lot hotter than 101 degrees in that stadium. BTW - the benches are aluminum. I guess AZ fans are just tougher than Cowboy fans.

That's an awesome point considering the bench is black marble, and the benches you are talking about are aluminum. Totally different physical characteristics.

I remember when California was known as the state for stupid lawsuits. Texas has now taken over.

According to some lefties, everything should carry a warning sign:

Sleeping pills may cause drowsiness.

Wearing a Superman costume does NOT make one capable of flying.

Do NOT iron clothes while they are on your body.

Do NOt use a hair dryer while asleep.

Do NOT jump in the bonfire.

Do NOT pick up rattlesnakes.

Do NOT engage cruise control and crawl into the back seat to sleep.

What happened to common sense that ADULTS are supposed to have?

Like the McDonald's case where the woman's skin peeled from her body after given near boiling coffee?

Or the Jon Edwards lawsuit where he successfully sued a pool manufacturer for designing a drain that ripped the innards out of a small girl's rectum who swam near it?

Both of these are on the normally mentioned by right wingers as "frivolous".

It's too bad you can't see much past your own personal rights you care about rightly, and leave other people out to dry.

Just tattoo a ****ing warning sign on everyones forehead when they are born. Caution, life maybe hazardous to your health. That way everyone will be reminded every minute of everyday that at any moment you may do something incredibly stupid that might cause you serious harm.

The ultimate ******* disclaimer.

How short do your skirt or shorts have to be to expose your buttocks? And if there was no fabric between her and the bench, how did she not feel the heat before sitting all the way down? And how long did she sit to get those types of burns? Brief contact wouldn't be enough. Sad everyone wants someone else to be responsible for their own stupidity.

Libs aren't smart enough to look in the mirror though or they simply can't read.
