Of course they do. All 200,000 of them, every year.

And at least half are not reported, so it's actually 400,000 capital crimes per year for which someone needs to be executed. .
A thousand executions per day. Never mind the trials, no time for that. Just load them onto railroad cars. A guy pisses you off, scream rape, he'll be dead at sunrise.
Here's a better way to cut down he number of rapes by about 80-90%. Don't drink with a stranger. Conservatives know that a great majority of accusations of rape come after a woman voluntarily chooses to drink alcohol with a stranger. But conservatives would rather just execute people. It makes them feel all warm and cuddly.

Most rapists commit multiple rapes with multiple victims... until they are caught.
Then they spend a few years in prison... and are released to rape again.
Execute the rapist and let the innocent baby live.
But most liberals will rant and rave if one dares mention executing criminals...
but they love to execute innocent babies.
