Can't say it's been too difficult. Then again I live in a city that, for all its other ideological faults, tolerates those of us who don't embrace evangalized ignorance.

I live in rural Alaska and I cannot say it has been difficult either. Polite, and intelligent, company refrains from discussing topics involving religion, politics, or sex. You speak of tolerance while demonstrating intolerance. Cannot you not accept that the majority of the people have a proclivity toward religious belief? Fine, it is not your or my belief, but if you expect them to be courteous toward your lack of belief then you can at least be courteous toward what they believe.

Myths and laughable belief systems deserved to be mocked and ridiculed at least every once in a while, even if they're called "religion."
