Plenty of conservatives condone locking people up in cages for having a joint.

Smoke a joint, go to the joint? Yeah - that is pretty stupid. Marijuana should be legalized.

This is what happens when liberals run things - nitpicking, over-regulation, and plain stupidty.

The boy has a name - and now he has to have it changed because the school board say's that it is a "threat"?

Why would this necessarily be a liberal thing? Parents, regardless of political stance, tend to believe they know what is best for their child and, often, for other children. Whether they do or do not is not the point. The point is that this kind of overprotective, controlling viewpoint doesn't have a political label.

Well evidence suggests otherwise. Looks like this school is in Nebraska which is leaning toward (strong) Romney. So chances are that a good amount of this school board is nice, religious, christian people who lean Republican. Just talking demographics here

And Conservative, do you know what that means? It means that they don't want to make changes. . so when this rule put into place (80's war on crack maybe?) they are going to be the ones least open to a liberal/open interpretation and instead will conservatively view the document and make a call based on what is written.

So i'm betting this is a bunch of traditionalist, follow the rule, administrators that are likely to be at least 50% republican.

I say leave it open. How else will certain conservatives here meet their quota of liberal bashing?

According to this poster, every child should be homeschooled and all public schools done away with.

The Mayor is a Republican.

They also voted 60%+ for Republicans in the last two elections.

60% of the population is Catholic.

Liberals you say?
