So yes, my friend did not BUILD THE ROADS AND BRIDGES as part of his business plan. He also did not build the internet which is so integral to the success of his business. And because he is an HONEST businmessman and an HONEST republican he admits that. Not only that, he AGREES WITH THE ENTIRE SENTIMENT of the President's speech.

In general more educated (and more educated correlates to more income) people are also leaning more liberal than conservatives these days.
