Withdrawal / Fail would be more accurate.

Incomplete is a feel good deferment grade given to college millennials who skipped class and missed the final exam, but don't want to fail.

Too bad he's about to get expelled on November 6th. He'll never be able to complete that class.

In friggin complete, and he wants us to give hin another 4 yrs. He then takes us all for fools,. and must laugh himself at those who vote for him.

Incomplete, means you have not done the deeds handed to you, in a complete manner. 4 more yrs people, he will screw us over, and you will all see.

Want to keep your job, keep your home, think about that vote.

Of course the task is "incomplete".

There are still a few people in the world willing to lend the U.S. Govt money!

Of course a president nearing the middle point of what might be two terms would deem any failure "incomplete", that's just the self-preservation part of natural human behavior. But Democratic presidents in general over the last 100 yearsdon't seem to have a solid track record for winning a second consecutive term, do they? Sure there's Clinton, Franklin Roosevelt and Wilson, but that's it. I know that the past isn't always an indicator of the future, but it sure helps with waging bets.

please. it's going to take 20 years to fix our economy, and anyone who thinks that it was going to be fixed in 4 years have been deluding themselves.

Yes, it's going to take the next 5 presidential terms to see a turn around in our economy. With the rest of the world in chaos in their own economies, it's going to be a while until everything is fine and dandy again.

Yes its an incomplete. No president has ever fixed an economy in 4 years .
