I can not come to any conclusion based upon a vague statement. Abraham Lincoln disregarded the laws during the war. Should he have been removed for it?
How about we discuss why you and KU believe Lincoln should have been removed from Office, is it because you are for slavery or simply against maintaining the Union, so which is it?

I assume in your world the only people we elected would be at the local level an the choice of governor would only be among good Republicans and they can appoint Congress and the President, after all The People are too stupid to see that the only way is the far right way.

I realize this and I would not have made the comment if not for the fact that you had been back making your vague comments without addressing my question.
BTW, the president is the chief law enforcement offical in the nation, so yes he does have a duty to enforce the laws.
Indeed. We all should be upset but we should have been as upset when Bush 43, Clinton, Bush 41, Reagan, etc did not secure the borders and sweep up the illegals.
As I noted in post 2, we will have to throw out nearly every elected official. Not that I am really against that.
Most normal people don't vote for a President to ENFORCE our laws. President is a Chief Executive.
I think you are confusing the office of the President with law ENFORCEMENT. Not surprised. We elect a President not a Sheriff, I suppose in right wing world there is no difference
Yet this very president that we elect appoints the attorney general, in effect is his boss. That alone makes him the chief law enforcement agent.
