Also a pity that there weren't more folks like Kerry speaking out against needless killing.
I am pro-abortion. The more abortions, the less liberals. Why don't you stick with the facts, Kerry was scum who made spurious charges against his fellow vets.

Fact as a member of the US Military and under the UCMJ he was compelled to report such activities. As an officer he was compelled to react to and stop such activities. He did neither. Because as he admitted years later he misrepresented the facts. It went from seeing to heard about. He was still compelled to act upon it. Instead he waited until he was running for office, the climate was anti-military and he slandered his fellow servicemen. He admitted it.
A fish rots from the head, Kerry's actions were nothing compared to the malfeasance of LBJ, McNamara, Nixon, et al who betrayed the publiuc trust and were never punished for it.

Mr. Heinz is the type of career politician that got us into the mess we're in.

PS: Has Johnny Boy ever paid those boat taxes? I know he moved his boat from one State to another in order to AVOID paying higher taxes. Do as I say, not as I do. haha
Did Romney give him some pointers?

Absolutely brilliant logic. Let's review:

a. John Kerry asserted that he witnessed war crimes.
b. Kerry did not report these crimes at the time.
c. Kerry operated under a system that obligated him to report such crimes.
d. Therefore, if Kerry did not report those crimes, they must not have happened and he was therefore lying and slandering other soldiers.

Love it!

Two things come glaring out of what I have read so far ... very, very few of you have been to VN. Virtually all of you have forgotten that two of the three PH's came the same day. The SS was AWARDED two days after KERRY submitted it ... with no review.

The Dims have done their best to turn the words Swift Boat into something derogatory. But that is the Dim mantra ... so it is to be expected.

El Nox
7.62 or .308 cal. or a 30-06 2700 fps and 1,25 tons of energy at the muzzle.
The damage inflicted by said weapon is devestating.

Then Kerry insults our soldiers in Iraq:

You know, education — if you make the most of it, you study hard and you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq. ---John (The Ketchup Prince) Kerry

He made statements to the fact that he saw such deeds. Later he recanted. When did he recant? When the political climate changed. He slandered his fellow vets to gain political favor, then attempted to recant years after the fact.
Whish is it? Did he witness / hear about said misdeeds or not? At any rate either way he would have been compelled by the UCMJ to report it. He didn't report it. Either way he is slime.
