Well, in 8 years Bush/Cheney drove the economy straight off a cliff, launched two wars funded by two tax cuts, hid the costs of said wars and cuts, creating an exploding deficit, and destroyed our reputation around the world. That is a pretty impressive achievement, and to have the brass to try to pin all that on the next guy is pretty impressive. The GOP is corrupt, inept, and full of sleazeballs, but they do have pluck.
Thats the problem with having a skin as thick as dinosaurs and have as much heart of a pocket calculator.
In his convention speech Joe Biden warns Republicans against betting against America. This election will come down to what vision you have of the USA. The choices couldn't be more clear.

Good Paying jobs, REALLY! Where were those good paying jobs under W's adminstration? If you count low wage jobs @ Wally World, because if the Republicreeps have their way, they'd rather have us working for low wages and workers working under sweat-shop conditions! Apologize for America, ask Bin Laden if Obama apologized for America when HE, not W, got his ass! You Republicreeps never seem to amaze me, you wear your "Patriotism" on your sleeves, but never acknowledged our troops who were fighting overseas one time at your RNC, I mean Obama Hate-Fest! I guess you couldn't fit that in your schedule of bashing Obama every chance you got!

Romney's trip oversees was as a complete disaster. His record as Massachusetts Governor was even a bigger disaster. It's obvious Romney is a fatally-flawed candidate. No wonder the GOP have to spend billions of dollars just to keep him competitive in the race.

NO. America WAS on the verge of collapsing. It's coming back.
Four years ago quite a few people I know personally lost their jobs and/or lost a lot of their money when the stock market took a nose dive. Today, every single person I know who was unemployed---some as long as 2 1/2 years---are back to work. Four years ago in my area as many as 300 to 400 people would show up to apply for 20-25 advertised job openings and the news was filled with talk of food banks asking for donations because their budgets were so strained. All that has changed. Yes, America is coming back.
