Dems sold out to the highest bidders: insurance companies and drug companies. 30 million customers mandated to buy a private company's product and no volume drug discount for medicare. What a wet dream for those industries thanks to Obama.

Now you are even forcing Medicare/medicaid dual eligibles into managed care plans run by private insurance companies. Poorest and sickest onto program run by the evil private insurance companies. How heartless would this be considered if it was a Republican idea?

Say one thing, do another. Typical political BS.

That's about 45,000 people a year.

I think about these people all the time. They never get any coverage on the news. Unless it's someone we know personally, we never find out their names or what they died from.

Light a candle

Does that figure include that would have died regardless of insurance coverage?

How many die due to their living habits?

How many die on the roads?

At 400 percent of the FPL, households must contribute 9.5 percent of their income toward insurance premiums. Whatever portion of the total health insurance premium for their coverage is not paid by these households is covered by the new federal premium assistance program.

Under 400% FPL are already eligible for subsidy in many state programs. In NY we have healthy NY which allows people to buy insurance on a sliding scale.

Funny, you still fail to correctly cite with a link. Here is one of them with your text: Exchanges & Premium Subsidies | ObamaCare Watch

Now let's see how it compares with a non-biased site:

Quote:
Only for purchase of coverage within an exchange, advanceable, refundable premium assistance credits will be available to limit the amount of money some individuals would pay for premiums. Under PPACA, for example, a family of three just above 133% of the federal poverty line (FPL)—that is, currently with annual income of $24,352—would be required to pay 3% of its oward premiums ($824 annually, if the proposed premium subsidies were currently in effect). A family of three just under 400% FPL ($73,240), where the premium subsidies end would be required to pay no more than 9.5% of its income in premiums ($6,958 annually, if the proposed premium subsidies were currently in effect).

"Must contribute" ≠ "No more than".

"Coverage within an Exchange" ≠ "All insurance policies"

Which makes your statement

Quote:
You do know you will be expected to pay approximately 10% of your income towards health insurance premiums under Obamacare don't you?
UNTRUE.
