If you are angry you had better have a justification for that wrath and indignation- I doubt that anyone in the "mob" was angry- they consider this entertainment. Like kids wandering about an abandoned gravel pit - who smash windows in abandoned tool sheds...for one reason...cos' it's fun...There is no righteous indignation here...just some dumb monkeys enjoying themselves.
People have no class or decorum anymore, everyone is so "in your face" about everything.
Even if the guy cut off the car with his bike and jumped in his face about the car in his way, there's still no reason why they had to gang up on the driver. It's difficult to drive in Manhattan during the daytime, but at night, I wouldn't think there'd be that much of a problem.
It could have been a '82 Yugo, the guy didn't deserve to have them trash his car.
It's New York, random things like this can happen. I personally don't know why anyone would want to drive in the city, especially the area he was in, too many people out in the area making it even more difficult to drive.
Heck, a couple days ago a dark skinned man was shot by police because they thought he robbed a bodega, instead he was just a guy being held hostage, does that somehow make that Romney or Obama's fault that happened?
Seriously though, in a city of 8million people, there is going to be something random and bad happening in it every day.
So he could of flashed his gun at an angry mob? That sounds safe.

Yep! Alot safer than getting your ass beat half to death - if it came down to it. I would have tried to stop one of them and if they started S^%T then yeah I would have not just shown it but warned them I would use it - my gun is for shooting not for waiving around. If you want to trust that they are gentle mobster then take your chances and wait for the police to help you .

Don't ever come to NYC, we don't need you accidentally shooting random people because you are scared. And again, pulling a gun out during this situation would of escalated the situation, making it worse, not better.
