Too, you have the rep here on CDF of NOT liking whites that much either. It's pretty bad when even Black people here have called you on that. Hell; for all I know; you might be an anglo white kid living at home saying you're "Black". Sheesh!
I wonder if these Color blind people are the exceptional Americans who actually have CLOSE friendships which mirror the FULL ethnic diversity of this country? Do they work in an environment where the professional and management level people mirror the diversity of the USA. And I don't mean the odd tokens= or two? I mean environments where approximately 25% are either black or Hispanic.
If this is not the case I will be curious to find out why if most people are blind to nationality, ethnicity and race.
So by that rationale for a person to be colorblind(including blacks) they need to be in an environment where roughly 63% of the people are non-Hispanic whites...

I not only like white people...I love white people. Well...the ones that love me. No white person has ever done anything bad to me personally (outside of something annoying perhaps). I grew up in mostly white neighborhoods, live in a mostly white neighborhood now, went to a mostly white university, sent my son to two overwhelming white universities, and did a stint in a mostly white Army. No issues.
I don't recall any blacks calling me out for not liking whites. If it happened, I didn't see it.
So really...I don't know where you get that impression from.
How many decades are African-Americans going to blame whites for their failings?
Until the second coming of Christ. Easier to point a finger than getting up off your a$$ and doing something constructive.
How long are certain people going to make stupid generalizations about African Americans? We've been doing constructive things, literally and figuratively, since we've been in this country.
